Allison and Darragh were engaged on a trip to a friend's wedding in Italy in the summer of 2019.  They spent the year planning their dream wedding for May.  When the pandemic shattered their plans, Darragh cooked their wedding meal and had family and friends send in well wishes videos for them to watch on the original date.  They then threw the party of the year a few months later and danced under the Texas stars.
