Wedding Date on Apr 1, 2017

From The Couple: We first met Freshman year in college in the lobby of our dorm! After becoming friends, we realized we had a ton of similar interests in just about everything and that there was definitely something between us. However, it took nearly three years of building a friendship before we both realized how we felt. It's one of those things that we were both so oblivious to honestly. Our friends saw something between us that neither one of us cared to admit at the time because at that point, we had been friends for so long. Then we kissed. And holy dang! It became extremely obvious that we had to be together at that point! We were both living in Arkansas at the time and Allison was getting ready to spend a summer doing an internship in Nashville. Cody drove nearly every weekend over the course of two months to see her during the time and our relationship just took off during that time! Being a bigger city and experiencing a lot of things together over the first 5-6 months of being together really showed us what we both wanted out of life and how we both fit into that idea for each other! Fast forward, Allison moves to Nashville the next year after finishing school to take on her dream job and Cody still has a year left of school in Arkansas. Except within two weeks of her moving to Nashville, Cody had transferred schools, ended his lease in Arkansas and rented a Uhaul to move to Nashville! Around five months after that, we were engaged! If you can't tell, we had the time of our lives on our wedding day and are so thankful to have made it this far in the past 6 years! Now we are married, closing on a house this week and are enjoying all of what marriage has to bring to us!
