Wedding Date on Jun 18, 2022

Allie and Alex have waited a long time for this day; 1,319 days to be exact. On a rainy day in Muskoka, ON in 2020 the two got married in a beautiful intimate ceremony in front of their immediate families. In 2022 the time officially came to do it all again but this time in front of everyone dear to them. Muskoka being so important to the couple remained the location of the big day and Sherwood Inn was the destination venue. Early morning bridal preparations along with first looks were held at the family cottage where the 2020 wedding took place. The ceremony focused around a ring renewal and a reading of their 2020 vows. The entire day was filled with emotion and celebration as everyone was so excited to be part of this. As I shaped this wedding film I wanted to find moments to give honour to the 2020 wedding day and combine both ceremonies in a seamless manner. The party to follow was one for the ages and everyone celebrated like they too waited 1,319 days! Congratulations Allie + Alex, Muskoka will never be the same.
