Wedding Date on Aug 21, 2020

Ryne and I (Alicia) are both from the same small town in Brooksville, KY, but we had never met each other until years after we both moved away from Brooksville. Brooksville has a population of about 650 people, so it was odd that we had never met. As soon as we started dating, I started law school in Lexington, KY and Ryne was living in northern Kentucky and working in Cincinnati, OH. So, we spent the first 3 years of our relationship living in different places and only hanging out on the weekends. Although we didn’t get to spend as much time together as we would have liked living in different cities, we both knew that our relationship was worth the hours of driving to see each other every week. After finishing my second year of law school, Ryne took me golfing on a hot summer day. I had been hoping he would propose all summer long, but I had no clue that this day would be the day. After spending a few hours on the golf course, Ryne proposed to me on the 5th golf of the Devou golf course in Covington, Ky. This hole overlooked the city of Cincinnati. I had just missed a putt by a long shot and I turned around to see Ryne on one knee. I had told Ryne that I wanted to be surprised by his proposal and he certainly didn’t disappoint. Now, after being apart for our whole relationship, we are both living in the same city and are so excited for what’s to come! We absolutely loved our wedding and all our vendors!
