Alexandra and Arran met in their first year of medical school at Dartmouth. 

They were in the same "on doctoring" group and met during a team building exercise during their orientation week. They bonded over their love of tennis and competitive spirits. 

Three years later, Arran proposed at beautiful Storr's Pond where they met for the first time. For their wedding venue, Arran wanted a view of the water, while Alexandra wanted a view of the mountains, so Lake George was the perfect spot! 

They graduated from medical school two weeks before their wedding and are now doctors in NYC.
