Wedding Date on Aug 27, 2022

Alex and Wilder didn’t connect until after college, but they slowly pieced together that they'd been crossing paths their whole lives— childhood homes a few blocks apart, same orthodontist, same high school, the list goes on. They clicked pretty instantly once they actually met, and Wilder agreed to Alex's crazy proposal of moving to Berkeley when she got into law school about 6 months into the relationship. Despite the challenges of law school, Wilder’s new job, earthquakes, wildfires, and, of course, a global pandemic, their relationship only grew stronger. Shortly after their wedding, Alex and Wilder accepted positions in London, so they were extra excited to see their loved ones at the wedding and have a beautiful video to relive it when they were feeling lonely abroad! They worked a lot of personal details into the wedding and ceremony, and Artisan Rose Events Co. did an amazing job coming up with a modern but whimsical garden vibe to bring out the art and sculptures in the gallery venue. It's official - Alex and Wilder are hands down one of my coolest 2022 couples. These two infused their personalties into every possible detail of this day. From their wild and bright color palette, to their personalized vows, to the DJ who was spinning actual vinyl all night long. Just being in this space with them made me excited to create, and hopefully I captured the best possible snapshot of what this day felt like for us all.
