Surrounded by palm trees, golden light, and their friends and family, Ale and Ricardo celebrated their big day full of laughter and excitement. Mexican weddings are rooted in the Catholic faith so ceremonies are held within a mass, likely longer than your typical wedding ceremony. One of the most important pieces is the Exchange of Consent, where the couple promises before God and their guests to faithfully love each other all their lives.

A Mexican wedding is often a very large celebration with everyone from each family invited so guest lists often top 200 guests. Mexican heritage is strongly based in the Catholic faith so most Mexican wedding ceremonies will take place in a Catholic church.
