Patrick and Alayna met on Hinge! After a few "shaky" dates, Patrick was certain they were meant to be. Alayna was a little more...hesitant. But after a few more good dates, an early "I love you" from Patrick, and some time to open up, Alayna was smitten. Patrick was also a wedding videographer and soon he started taking her along on the shoots. After realizing how well they worked together, both as a couple and a work team, they became business partners and started Shore and Summit Storytelling. Since becoming a couple, Patrick and Alayna have literally traveled the world shooting films! Like a lot of couple's, COVID shook their plans to do a Banff elopement and forced them to replan a small intimate ceremony here in Michigan. It could not have gone any better! This is the kind of couple that inspires positivity and optimism. Their intimate ceremony was perfect, they laughed while their story was told by their friends, and shared a first kiss under a beautiful arch created by Glass and Sticks. A hike on the dunes to celebrate, and a fondue dinner with their family was how they wrapped their day.
