When Alan and Fatima asked me to film their wedding like a mockumentary, I was both excited and unsure of how to go about it. Thankfully they were super chill and we had a blast recording all the randomness, funny quotes, and antics.

I love that there's no rule book when it comes to filming weddings. It's all about telling each couple's story in a way that's most personal to them and that's what makes wedding filmmaking so special.

The Monastery is a unique hotel and wedding venue located in Cincinnati, OH. It was originally built in 1925 as a Franciscan monastery, and has since been renovated to feature modern amenities while preserving its historic charm.
