Our Wedding Films aren't a documentary of a day, but a cinematic re-telling of the joyous moments, the incredible surprises, and the subtle emotions surrounding your wedding day.Malkin Made Films was co-founded in 2018 by husband and wife team – Cory & Ariana MalkinI have always disliked the term 'highschool sweethearts' but that's exactly what Cory and I are. In 2012 we went on our first date in the beautiful mountains of Sedona – Four and a half years later we returned to the Red Rocks to make our covenant with one another. After a year and a half of marriage, we still can't get enough of each other, so we started our own company – Malkin Made Films – the perfect reason to spend our weekends adventuring with one another.I, Ariana, became a Registered Nurse working with cardiac patients since 2016. I got my first taste of working in weddings when I was 14 years old and photographed a backyard ceremony with my mother, a professional photographer. I like to believe I inherited her keen eye, which has greatly contributed to my love of filmmaking and editing. Cory began his career in the film industry in 2012. He is a classically-trained filmmaker and graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Cinematic Arts. He is an award-winning director and cinematographer of more than 300 films – including short films, music videos, corporate films, commercials, a television pilot, and a feature-length film. His background heavily influences our cinematic style – capturing and conveying raw emotion through film. While he continues to film many different types of projects, he has a passion for wedding filmmaking, and loves filming real, authentic experiences.
