One of the best places to find tips, tricks, advice and inspiration is on YouTube, where a host of wedding pros share their insight on how to put together your perfect day. From throwing a unique ceremony to planning a wedding at home, there’s no shortage of content, but it can be tough to know where to start. With that in mind, we’ve come up with a list of 10 wedding planning YouTube channels you should start following right now.
This UK wedding planner loves mixing the latest wedding trends with classic details. While Manola’s company specializes in African, Afro-Caribbean, multi-cultural and destination weddings, any couple can benefit from the advice she shares on her YouTube channel, including “20 Commonly Forgotten Wedding Details Every Bride Needs to Know” and “How to Throw the Most Fun Wedding Your Guest Would Ever Experience!”
Jalyssa Gray, owner and lead planner at Lovely Soiree, is sharing all of her knowledge to help couples plan their dream day from start to finish. She was inspired to become a wedding planner after putting together her own vows, and regularly shares personal insights on her YouTube channel, including some of her biggest regrets from her own wedding, as well as how to come up with a budget, choosing a venue, choosing your bridesmaids and more!
As the daughter of someone “who could put Martha Stewart to shame,” Wolfer seems like she was born to be a wedding planner. She spent most of her adult life working in interior design and decided to combine her love of event hosting and décor into a thriving business. She shares some of her best tips—" 12 Things Your Guests DGAFF About” and “Who Should You Invite?! Guest List Do's and Don'ts”—filmed from the comfort of her bedroom.
Just call her a triple threat! Emily Summer Studios is a photography, design and event planning company, so if you’re looking for inspo on any of these categories, this a channel to check out. There’s also plenty of practical topics covered such as “How to find your wedding style in 5 steps,” “Wedding cake vs. dessert table,” “Everything you need to know about wedding rentals,” and more. Kyle James—creator of The Unveiled Bride—believes couples aren’t just planning a wedding; they’re planning the rest of their lives together. Her YouTube channel includes everything from DIY tips and planning timelines to wedding favor ideas and the latest color trends. There’s even advice for maids of honor and wedding reviews.
Caroline LaRocca Event Design (aka CLED) is a multi-faceted company that includes full-service event production as well as an award-winning floral design firm with a team made up of planners, creatives, designers, visionaries, managers, set up and break down teams, and artisans. But YouTube viewers will be getting all of their planning advice directly from LaRocca, covering topics including whether couples should do a first look, making your own bridal bouquet, putting together a wedding emergency kit and various venue reviews.
UK wedding planner Lauren from Bluebird Creative guides couples through the various stages of wedding planning to help make the process as stress-free as possible. In fact, one of her videos lays out the various ways you can plan your own wedding because every couple—and event—is different. There are new episodes every Wednesday.
Based in the UK, wedding planner and coordinator Laura Beth started her YouTube channel to share her expert tips on all areas of planning, as well as a few stories which will make you laugh (because couples will need a sense of humor during this time!).
