Venus et Fleur rose squares have taken over your Instagram feed and, well, your heart. Who doesn't love roses that look effortlessly chic on your coffee table and last a whole year?! Seema Bansal and Sunny Chadha, the co-founders of Venus et Fleur, are a real life power couple and soon-to-be married. Their romantic engagement video was shot under the Tuscan sun and it's, well, just as magical as their Eternity Roses. Watch the full film by Salshan Photography and Video below and then read on for our interview with Seema!

Tell us the proposal story! Were you surprised? How'd he do it?

He proposed to me in Paris at the ShangriLa Hotel suite over looking the Eiffel Tower. When we first started dating I tagged him in a photo on Instagram with that exact suite saying how much I loved it. He told me we were staying in a standard room but really, he had rented the suite with the balcony overlooking the Eiffel Tower. He proposed the morning we landed. We had the best day and an amazing dinner. It was so magical.

What have you learned throughout your own wedding planning process that you'd like to share with other brides-to-be?

If you can, hire a wedding planner. I think it has made my life easier since I run a business and don't have time to organize the events. I also think its really important to have a clear vision of what you want. Things may change but stick to your vision and budget. Weddings are expensive! Make sure you give your wedding planner a vision of what you want with your budget so she can make your dreams come true!

What's your favorite way a couple has incorporated Venus et Fleur into their wedding events? Any especially sweet—or over-the-top moments?

A lot of our clients gift our arrangements when they deliver wedding cards. Another popular way we have seen our \"Lé Mini\" arrangements being used is as place card holders and wedding favors. Our larger arrangements have been a part of many proposals. We love what we do every day!

How do you plan on incorporating Venus et Fleur into your own wedding?

We will have it everywhere. There will be pieces from our collections throughout our three-day wedding.

Tell us more about your upcoming wedding! Are you planning on keeping it traditional or do you want to do something totally different? What's the vision?

I'm getting married in Miami and having a traditional Sikh wedding outdoors. My look and my fiancé's look will be traditional, however, we want the decor to feel more evergreen. So we are going for classy and simple beauty.

You guys are not only a couple, but business partners–how do you make that dynamic work?

We spend a ton of time together and talk all day. I think for us the biggest thing was that we keep a respect towards each other as professionals. We decided early on that we would take control of the parts of the business we are the most successful at. I handle marketing, creative and branding. Sunny handles operations and growth. We don't step on each others toes, if we disagree with something we communicate it, but ultimately we let the one handling that portion of the business make the final decision. We try to make \"us\" time a habit and we do date-night monthly!
