Proposal--John decided on June 16, 2018 to finally make things official! He picked one of the hottest days EVER of summer to take me to the park and propose. He tried to make it so special and of course, I ruin things. We went to Bee Tree Park and went to the overlook of the Mississippi River and he started talking about the flow of the river in relation to life. And of course, I say "John, its just a river." Only to turn around and see him down on one knee, asking to spend forever together. We went to Theresa's sisters house after for an engagement party with all of our friends and family!
