Wedding Date on Aug 18, 2018

Taylor and Macy were friends from afar in high school and never got together until much later in life. Weathering lots of storms, these two passionate and adventurous souls planned an entire wedding halfway across the country from their home (and where all their family lives!) Westcliffe, Colorado was Macy's childhood summer home and his parents have a gorgeous mid-century modern home built on a gorgeous plot of land filled with aspen trees and fields nestled right underneath the Sangre De Cristo Mountains. The couple convinced their friends and family to trek it all the way to the high altitude of Colorado. The views (and some parking tickets 😏) were worth it! Westcliffe has only about 500 people living in the town proper and it's quaint charm gives way to the most beautiful scenery of mountaintops and shining stars. The weekend was filled with white-water rides that took over three hours and lots of prep getting the vendors set with only one main road in and out! Macy's dad built the entire reception patio and trestle so the couple and 75 of their closest friends could dance all night under the stars. After the reception, Taylor and Macy glamped-it-up in a tent just 300 feet away from the site where they said "I do." We love these two so much and are so glad we got to be a part of their adventure filled love story! Get yourself to Westcliffe, Colorado! You won't regret it.
