Wedding Date on Aug 1, 2020

Brian proposed to Samantha by clipping a dog tag and a new Iowa Stage collar on their dog Stewie while they were on a walk. They actually met through the dog as well! The dog was born on Samantha’s 10th birthday and has been by her side through all the hard things that came along with growing up. Her mom always said she would meet a guy through her dog, and that ended up being exactly how things happened! The day before class at Iowa State her Junior year, Brian accidentally hit Stewie with a beer can, a death glare from Samantha, and a follow up text from Brian later the next day saying “Tell Stewie sorry I hit him with a beer can”…..and the rest is history!
