\"I had so many amazing memories and moments with my mom while planning my wedding. One of my favorites was on the morning of my wedding day. We spent the morning upstairs at the venue getting ready - where we sang, danced, laughed and partied (well before the party even started). When it was time to get dressed, she took me aside and helped me put my dress and accessories on. When I was all dressed and I turned around to look at her. The way she looked at me made me instantly cry for what became the first of many times that day. It was a perfect moment in time that I wish I could have froze forever.\"

\"My mom is my best friend and biggest support system. Growing up, with it always being just the two of us, I knew that there would be no one better to walk me down the aisle and give me away. It was absolutely perfect!\"

\"My mom was not only my rock on my wedding day, but also my best friend every day. Since I was a little girl my mom has always been my biggest fan. With my father not in the picture, my mom has taken on the roll of not only my mom, but as a dad too. She knew that it would be tough on me going through my wedding day with just one parent, but my mom made me feel so special and took that burden off my shoulders completely. On my wedding night, I asked my mom to dance with me for our \"Mother/Daughter dance\". We danced to Carrie Underwood's \"Mama's Song\" and I will never forget that moment. I still try hard not to tear up when I think about how much my mom has done for me and how much she means to me. My wedding day was absolutely perfect with my mom by my side and I wouldn't have had it any other way.\"

\"My mom has always been like a best friend to me. If I ever needed advice or someone to talk to, my mom was and is always there for me. So, when the process of planning the BEST day of my life came along, of course I turned to her. The day my husband and I got engaged my mom came downstairs with a box containing my official wedding planning binder! It was one of the best surprises ever, aside from getting engaged of course. :) Because my husband was living about two hours away throughout the whole planning process, it was nice to have my mom there to bounce ideas around with. We often would wind down from a long day with a glass of wine in one hand and our cellphones on Pinterest in the other. I loved talking about the many details of how the wedding day with my mom. From hair, to my garter, to the songs that would play we covered every detail and with the help of my dad she was able to make all of my and my husbands dreams became a reality! She helped me schedule and attend meeting after meeting with our florist, decorators, pianist and the manager at the venue. She was extremely supportive of all of the decisions we made leading up to the big day. What I loved the most about planning our wedding along side my mom is the quality bonding time that we got leading up to my moving out. I literally don't have the words to properly thank my mom for being the most amazing mom I could ever dream of. She is simply the best. Happy Mother's Day.\"

\"My father passed away a couple years ago, and I haven't been to a wedding since where I haven't had to leave the room when the father-daughter dance took place overcome with sadness. On my wedding day I did not feel there was a substitute for that particular dance so I went a different route. My mom, sister, and I did a mother-daughter dance to Faith Hill's, \"Can't Lose Me.\" It was fun and upbeat and after the first chorus we invited all of the other mother-daughter pairs in the room up to dance around with us. All of my cousins, aunts, sister-in-law's, MIL and flower girl, joined and it was a blast. I'm so glad we decided to do it and it was such a fun moment.\"

\"My greatest memory from my wedding day with my mother…. Every moment of that day was amazing. My mother is truly my best friend and I am so grateful she was there getting ready with my, helping me get ready and easing my anxiety prior to walking down the aisle. My lasting memory came from the interview portion from our videographer. When they interviewed my mother and father. It was something that I will never forget. I love my mother, my best friend and my mentor. Happy Mother's Day, Mom.\"

\"My mother handmade everything for my wedding, she is the craftiest of all mothers. From the florals arrangements, to the thank you bags, to the favors, to my floor length cathedral veil. It was all done by my mother. When my mother got married she had a full DIY wedding as well, that my sister and I both watched her put together as young girls. I remember her staying up endless hours for months hot gluing the flowers to her centerpieces, tying bow after bow on her invites, and hand-beading her wedding dress in the recliner as we all watched family movies. All I ever wanted to do was recreate those memories for my wedding, and we did. It was the most stressful but exciting time in my life preparing for the big day. Getting to create from the ground up such an amazing day with my mother was so special. My biggest memory that sticks out during our planning process was the day we actually started the florals from her wedding. I had always dreamed of using my mother's wedding centerpieces as the base, however once we brought them out of the boxes to break them down, I just couldn't do it. I had many fond memories of my parents' wedding, as my sister and I were the cutest junior bridesmaids. It took me over an hour and many tears to finally breakdown the centerpiece to switch out the accent flowers. Don't worry, we saved one in full form to have as a keepsake. We will even one day breakdown mine for my younger sister. My thirteen year old brother even said \"What about me? Doesn't my wife get to break them down too one day? #familytraditions\"

\"My favorite moment with my mom was putting on my dress! My mom, me, and the dress had a special bond. I bought the dress with my mom, and my mom was the only person to have helped me put it on prior to my wedding day. My dress was heavy and big--- like 7 layers, so it required a lot of crawling, twisting, and contorting to get it and make sure that all of the layers in the mermaid bottom were sitting perfectly! I was so stressed prior to getting my dress on, but having my mom there to help me literally, like, crawl into the dress made things all better, as we had done it so many times before, together, just us. I felt so comfortable and assured having my mom there to get the dress on and know all of its little quirks. When I was unsure or nervous about how other things would transpire throughout the day, in that moment, I knew that the dress was perfect all because of my mom's love (and patience) for me and this gorgeous dress that we had waited almost a year for me to wear. This moment was on of the first moments of the day and one of my most favorites with my mom because it was just us and the dress.
I couldn't have gotten through wedding planning process without my mom!! She is my best friend and the best temporary wedding planning assistant that a girl could ask for!\"
