Kevin and Nicole met in 2005 while attending high school. They were playing co-ed soccer on the same team, and Kevin grabbed Nicole’s favorite number (which was 8) and Nicole was not happy about it. But by the end of the game, Nicole had scored a goal and Kevin came up to me and gave her a high five. They started chatting on AIM and dated through the rest of high school and college. After 10 years of dating, they finally got engaged in December 2015.
