If you take one thing from Tiffany and Kyle's inspiring love story, it should be that if at first you don't succeed, you should DEFINITELY try again, because you just may end up with your best day ever!

Tiffany and Kyle wanted to marry before he headed out for Army basic training back in 2014, so much so that they were thiiiis close to putting a down payment on their venue. The Army had other plans, and unfortunately they couldn't have their dream wedding at that time. They married at a court house in El Paso and called it a day. Thankfully, a few years later, they did have the wedding of their dreams at the venue they looked at in 2014. Knowing all this when you watch their gorgeous wedding video by Everlasting Wedding Films will definitely bring tears to your eyes. Watch the full film below and read our interview with the bride, Tiffany:

How did you and Kyle meet and fall in love?

It was September 19, 2012, our senior year of high school and we were being forced to take this day long SAT seminar. I was already prepared to have the most boring day ever, until I met the guy sitting behind me. I saw him come in with some of my friends and he sat down in the seat behind mine. I turned around to talk to my friends and he introduced himself to me, his name was Kyle. He had the funniest personality and made that day so much more entertaining. I thought he was cute but I was seeing someone else at the time so I did not think of exploring anything beyond being just friends. We swapped numbers and stayed in touch. A few months passed and Kyle and I had become really great friends! I was single now but still did not ever think we would move past the \"friend zone.\" It was January 3, 2013, I was in Southlake Town Center with one of my friends and we stopped by Aeropostale to see Kyle (that was where he worked). When he saw us come in he had the biggest smile on his face. We talked for a bit and he said that if I was still around when he got off we should grab dinner. We went to eat at a restaurant called Snuffers and something between us just sparked. He asked me to officially be his girlfriend on January 11th and we have been inseparable since. We dated the rest of our senior year of high school and graduated that May. On July 9th Kyle left for basic training. At the time we did not know where life was about to take us. I was about the leave and start school at Texas Tech and we were not going to be able to communicate with one another except through letters for 3 1/2 months! We knew we loved each other and wanted to try everything possible to make our relationship work. Long story short… he got back from basic training and our relationship was stronger then ever! Almost 5 years later, we are happily married with 2 dogs and a cat and just bought our first home. I would not trade our life together for anything. I will forever thank the Lord for sitting that handsome, funny, and sweet boy behind me that day!

We heard the story of Kyle's deployment and the postponement of your original wedding. Your love is truly inspiring. Can you tell us a little more about that time?

Kyle and I were 19, he had just finished basic training and was stationed at Fort Bliss and I was attending Texas Tech University. We really wanted to get married and be together! We got engaged and started planning our wedding. We wanted to have it in September of 2014. The day before I was supposed to put the nonrefundable deposit down on our venue (the Orchard) Kyle called me and said we needed to postpone it because he was going to be in California for over a month in training. I was devastated. It was the first of many times the Army interrupted our plans. With Kyle's job he was usually gone in the field Mon-Fri and then home on the weekends. This made it impossible for us to plan a time that he could come home for our wedding ceremony. So we took matters into our own hands and got married at 8 a.m. on Feb. 18, 2014 in the El Paso Court House. It was the BEST decision we ever made!

How did you find your videographer and what made you choose them?

We had gone back and forth about whether or not we were going to have a videographer. I researched many different people and found Everlasting Film Images. We met Art and Cynthia at Starbucks one evening and absolutely fell in love with them! They were so friendly and made sure that they covered every detail of our wedding! We knew they would be the perfect people to capture our day!

What was the most unexpected part of your wedding day?

Nothing really unexpected happened our wedding day. It all went so smooth! My sisters dress zipper did bust and no one could fix it. It was right before we were about to take pictures. Kyle's Aunt and Grandma came in and took over and built her a corset out of the spare straps that came with every bridesmaid dress. BRING A SEWING KIT. You will need it!!

What was your favorite part of your wedding journey?

It is so cliche to say I loved the whole journey, but it's so true. There was a time that I thought Kyle and I would never have time or be able to actually have our dream wedding. This made me cherish every moment. I enjoyed every dress fitting, cake tasting, Hobby Lobby trip, it was all so perfect!

What's your #1 piece of advice for future brides?

I would tell every bride, do not sweat the small bumps in the road. Enjoy every experience because it goes by so fast! You look up and it seems like a dream. Just know that you will cry, you will freak out, and you will question why you are spending so much money on one day. But when it is all finished, it truly is the absolute best day ever!
