Jon and I met in 2012. We both were employed by the same company. I didn’t know Jon well, but thought he was very attractive! Being a typical girl, instead of just talking to him I added on him on Facebook!! After a few days of flirting over social media, Jon asked me out. I don’t think that either one of us knew that was going to change our lives. We didn’t really do much but drive around the city talking. But we had this instant connection that neither one of us could deny. From that night on we were inseparable. We dated for almost 4 years before we got engaged. Those 4 years were filled with so much laughter, happiness and adventure. Our relationship is not perfect. We still have had our share or pain and struggle. But we have come out stronger. We have learned a lot, grown closer together and fallen more in love then ever before. I truly can not imagine my life with him. He is everything I have ever hoped and prayed for. He is my best friend and the love of my life.

So for the girls out there scared to make the first move. Just do it! Take a chance! Go talk to the cute boy or be like me and add them on social media. Because you never know what could happen. You could be one “Hi” away from meeting the love of your life
