Joshua and Leah met through a mutual friend one night when they went on a ride-along. Both were police officers at the time and became super closed friend for 4 years before dating.  When they were on vacation for a week down in Clearwater, FL. The first day they spent at Disney World and that night Joshua told Leah he had a surprise for her early in the morning. They got up and met a couple in a parking lot….they were going on a hot air balloon ride!!! Unfortunately, the wind was stagnant that day and there would not have been much movement. So, they headed back home to eat breakfast and hang out on the beach. While eating breakfast, Leah saw a pod of dolphins swimming close to shore, she was so excited and got closer to take pictures of them. The both ran out onto the beach and slowly followed them as they swam. When they were walking Leah asked him to her picture with the dolphins. Something made her turn to look behind her and saw her mom walking towards them with her phone held out in front videoing us. Leah turned and Josh was down on one knee.
