Emily's mom Shelly introduced Emily and Bradley. Shelly and Bradley were on the Chicken Committee through Houston LiveStock Show and Rodeo together, and she pointed out that Emily would make a "great friend" for him. Thier first date was dinner and bowling and Emily absolutely sucks (her words lol) at bowling and Bradley beat her twice playing with his non-dominant hand. After that first date they didn't talk for 6 months... (shame?! maybe) They later reconnected at a Rodeo and Bradley danced Emily all night long and they fell in love that night. A direct quote from Emily was  "Like full on I was 200% marrying him after that night." 

Emily & Bradley's wedding was on a beautiful summer day at Camp Hale which is a STUNNING wedding venue up in Leadville, CO. Emily's father passed away so there was lots of tears at this wedding. They found wonderful ways to honor him and it felt like he was there in spirit. Their family is really close so we wanted to make sure we added a memorial section for her father into this video by using some of the couples personal footage. Despite some heavy moments this crew truly chooses happiness and they laughed and danced the night away.

Whatever you need I am here, Weddings can be stressful to plan but they don’t have to be. I want to get to know you both so I can capture your day to fit you personally. Not every wedding is the same so it shouldn’t be photographed the same.

We are Silk & Sage aka Silk & RAGE (our friendly alter egos...lol). If you can't already tell, we do things a little differently around here. If you called us normal, we'd be offended. We love capturing cute ass love stories and refuse to let anything but your truest selves shine through in our editing style. Our films are specifically crafted for each couples vibe and unique love story, period. Some thing's you'll notice in our films are fun, upbeat songs, fast cuts and transitions with some emotion sprinkled in. We love using raw footage with candid audio intermixed with some of the more stylistic portions to keep things spicy. Our films are mementos for couple's to watch for the rest of their lives and we quite literally put our blood(?), sweat, and definitely tears in to each one of them.
