Wedding Date on May 27, 2018

According to their rabbi, Lauren & Jonathan's fate had been sealed in the stars from the very beginning. Once while dating, Lauren recalls looking at Jonathan and thinking how right it felt. Jonathan jests, "Right or wrong, the stars have spoken." Their lively senses of humor playing off each other, Jonathan continues, "It's good that it's worked out." As the film plays out, you'll see that indeed it has worked out, remarkably and joyously so. The first named tropical storm of the season, Alberto, nudged the traditional Jewish ceremony to take cover in Watercolor's Boathouse, a handy and quaint backup venue for rain. But the reception was full-out magnificent, as planned, with florals galore, Torahs uplifted, and a band that knocked everyone's socks off. The stars wouldn't have had it any other way.
