Kristi and Stephan met through a mutual friend and it was sparks and sunshine ever since. Their wedding ceremony took place at the beautiful St. Patricks Cathedral in Bay Shore. The reception was held at the amazing Bourne Mansion. What made this wedding special to us is the fact that they are family friends of ours and we've watched their love grow and bloom from day one. We also had the pleasure of capturing the photos and video of their engagement!

Bourne Mansion is an elegant and historic mansion located in Oakdale, New York. Built in 1897, the mansion boasts over 100 acres of stunning grounds, including perfectly manicured gardens, lush lawns, and a sparkling lake. It features classic architecture, with high ceilings, stunning chandeliers, and intricate moldings throughout. The venue itself has several spaces available for events, including a formal ballroom that seats up to 300 guests, a grand salon with a fireplace and baby grand piano, and several outdoor spaces that are perfect for ceremonies or cocktail hours. The mansion also has a bridal suite and groom's room available for the wedding party to get ready in. Bourne Mansion is a fantastic wedding venue for several reasons. Firstly, it offers several distinct settings for each part of the wedding celebration, making it easy to transition from the ceremony to the reception. Secondly, the stunning grounds provide ample opportunities for gorgeous photo opportunities. The mansion's experienced staff is also committed to helping couples plan the perfect day, with options for customized menus, decor, and wedding packages available. The mansion also offers a variety of other events throughout the year, including holiday brunches and murder mystery dinners, making it a versatile venue that can cater to any event.
