Ryan proposed to Elise while vacationing on his break from the NHL (he's a forward for the Senators). Ryan played the song Tenerife Sea by Ed Sheehan as Elise descended down the mansions spiral staircase, lit with white candles and rose petals. She found Ryan waiting outside, and when he got on one knee -- she was still in shock! She said yes, and their friends and family came bounding out of the house to celebrate!
