Wedding Date on Oct 8, 2016

From The Bride: Barbeque brought us together. Justin and I met the summer of 2011 at Old Hickory BBQ in Owensboro, KY. He made the orders and I was the window girl. On my first night at Old Hick, Justin trained me on how to mop the floor. That is actually pretty funny because I think he has forgotten that skill over the years ;). During this time, I knew Justin as "Kansas." We became great friends and fishing buddies, staying up half the night fishing at the river until I could finally catch something. It didn't take long to realize the way we really felt for each other. After the summer, Justin went back to stay with his family in Kansas we were separated by distance until he came back to Owensboro for the holidays. We reunited on Christmas night. This time, we knew we didn't want to be apart again. Justin moved back here in February at which time we moved in together. Then came family. One year after moving in together, we welcomed our first child, Jaxton Michael, into the world February 27, 2014. His sister, Mildred Jean came on December 1, 2015. Our children are the greatest blessings we could ever imagine. We are so thankful for our beautiful family to have finally exchanged public vows and completed the recognized union which we have held in our hearts for so long.
