Buyer Beware: Canceled, Unresponsive, No Refund

Ron came highly recommended, and we initially had a great impression of him. We contracted Ron as our videographer and paid a deposit. Unfortunately, communication became difficult after booking, and just one week before our wedding he canceled, leaving us scrambling to find a replacement. Although he promised to refund our deposit, he stopped responding to emails, calls, and payment requests. After repeated attempts to resolve the issue quietly, we are now pursuing legal action against Ron.
