Because unless you've already planned, designed, and produced a wedding, how could you possibly know what you want, what you don't want, and most importantly, what you need? Hiring a Wedding Planner is a huge decision that should be made with someone listening to you, asking you questions, and helping you determine what is important to you on your wedding day (or weekend, if it's a Destination Wedding).
