Cotton Rouge & Company is a team of highly trained, selected Makeup and Hair artists working in and around the Upstate of South Carolina. We have artists who specialize in Makeup Artistry, Hair Artistry and some who specialize in both!Our artists have been trained in a variety of mediums and have on going training sessions to make sure that all artists are at the top of their game and know the latest trends and products for the job they have been assigned to.Our artists are available for bookings in Bridal and other Special Events, Fashion Shoots, Boudoir/Glamour shoots, portrait, commercial/production work, video, makeup lessons and pretty much anything you may think you need a makeup or hair artist for!
