We met on a Monday in early April of 2017 at a TGI Friday's after messaging for several weeks online. The date must have gone very well because we had a second and third on Tuesday and Wednesday that same week. Within a couple weeks, we were already very smitten with each other and bonded over our love of video games, good guitar music, and hiking. By the end of the year, we moved in together and lived very much like a married couple for the next year before Kyle proposed on a rooftop in San Diego in December 2018. A large, expensive wedding didn't appeal to either of us, so we decided to have a destination wedding in the beautiful mountains of Colorado with our closest family. The pure, magnificent beauty of the great outdoors has a special place in both of our hearts, and we hope that we can capture our love and the grandeur of nature on our wedding day. Colorado mountain weddings tend to have a natural, mysterious romance about them and Amanda and Kyle's RMNP wedding was no exception. After an afternoon spent getting ready at a lovely home in Estes Park, the Ohio couple and their immediate family trekked to a scenic overlook in the park called 3M Curve. As soon as we arrived and began the ceremony the rocky mountain weather became very emotional as the heavens literally opened and poured out heavy rain. To their credit, Amanda and family showed lots of resolve and determination that not even hard rain could deter her and Kyle from exchanging their personal vows in this intimate ceremony. The beautiful light and fog after this storm had passed thru made for an unforgettable adventure and this whole day turned out to be pure Colorado magic!
